I am a partner in our Corporate and Commercial team where I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, AIM admissions and corporation finance. I advise both English and foreign businesses on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters. I am experienced in setting up businesses in the UK for foreign clients and recently worked on the admission of an overseas telecoms business to AIM. I play an active role in developing Pritchard Englefield's international connections.
